Consider inquiring about room assignments ahead of time to avoid delays during check-in, as staff may need extra guidance.

The lack of an elevator can be a hassle for those with mobility issues!!! The location raised concerns for safety, especially given recent incidents nearby. The water quality could use improvement, showing a brown tint that's far from appealing.

The staff handled our last-minute requests well! They were okay about letting us check in really late at 2am, which was a lifesaver for us after a long drive. We found it nice that they respected our choice of no maid service during our stay, but that’s where the good stuff ended.
It wasn’t cheap, but I still expected more!

The King Room was clean and offered a comfortable stay, but the air conditioning struggled to maintain a pleasant temperature, making it feel warmer than ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, with dirt present on the toilet and an inadequately functioning drainage system in the tub. While breakfast featured options like nachos, it lacked variety, leaving room for improvement in that area.

Just a perfect match for a weekend in Pine Bluff with excellent value for money. The room had a decent layout and was surprisingly accommodating. Try to arrive early if you want to secure easy access to your room, as it gets busy later on.

I booked a King Room for two nights. The room felt spacious but had a lingering smell that somehow reminded me of smoke, despite being labeled non-smoking. The furnishings were practical but had seen better days. the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed well. I appreciated the included amenities like the flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which struggled a bit to cool down the room on an especially warm day. The shower was straightforward, though I noticed some mold lurking at the bottom of the curtain. Breakfast was a bit lacking, mainly consisting of pre-packaged burritos and muffins, which could be improved. However, I found the WiFi connection to be strong, allowing me to get some work done with no interruptions. I felt safe enough, but there were moments while walking through the hallway where it felt less than welcoming, especially with the smoky ambiance. Definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and breakfast variety.

missingWrote a review on May 30spacious roomfunctioning air conditioningflat-screen tvsmoky odor
Room had a solid layout, providing ample space for my needs, and came equipped with a flat-screen TV that worked perfectly even during the evening downtime. The air conditioning unit managed to keep the room at a decent temperature despite the sticky weather outside, which made sleeping much easier.
The lingering odor resembling smoke made settling in less than ideal, which can be a turnoff for those sensitive to smells. The carpet looked like it had missed a good vacuuming, and I spotted a bit of mold creeping along the bottom of the shower curtain, which didn’t scream 'fresh. ' Breakfast options leaned heavily on pre-packaged items like burritos that left a lot to be desired, so if you're expecting a robust start to your day, better to eat somewhere else.

Room was super clean!
The stay was pretty solid! The room was clean and cozy, which was great for the fam. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Only bummer was the breakfast could use some work—kind of basic. Oh, and a nice touch was having fresh fruit options. Overall, good experience for a short stay!
